Yoga reduces stress, enhances breathing, relaxes and tones muscles through a mindful method of mental and physical well-being training.
Private swim lessons for adults who are interested in learning to swim or water safety. We have instructors who can accommodate those with learning disabilities or physical impairments.

Adult Fall Volleyball League is for ages 16+ (with parental consent). Teams will be co-ed and consist of at least six players. Must have a least 2 women or 2 men on each team. Registration from July 2 to September 7, 2019.

Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art that focuses on the whole person along with self-defense skills. Instruction is on an individual level and each student trains within his/her ability to meet the curriculum requirements to achieve rank.

Pickleball combines elements of tennis, table tennis, badminton and racquetball. The game is easy to learn and is played here at the Butler Y in Gym 2 with a paddle and wiffle-like ball. Equipment is provided (wooden paddle) or bring your own. Novice players will play for the first hour and then advanced players will play the remaining time.
Adult Racquetball League is for anyone 18 years and older. A, B, C, D levels available.

This 60-minute class focuses on core stability and progression in strength training. All muscle groups are worked in each class. A variety of equipment is used and varies each week to continually challenge your body. Format is based on the latest science to effectively build strength and conditioning. Instructor is a certified Personal Trainer.
Advanced class in Pool 1. If you love boot camp on land, try it in the WATER! This class uses various water resistance tools to shape & tone muscles while giving you a great cardio workout! Get stronger without impacting your joints.
This class is designed to help improve your overall fitness and get your heart rate pumping while reducing stress on your joints!
A fun class in the warm water pool where we will be movin’ & groovin’ to a variety of music. No swimming required. This is a fun way to exercise, burn calories and get or stay fit.
Physical Education class in the pool! Using all components of the water to strengthen muscular development and cardiovascular system. Pool equipment will be used and water belts will be available for everyone. No class will be the same!
Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class, so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
This class will consist of exercises for the total body to increase range of motion, flexibility and coordination for those who have arthritis.

Barre is a safe, low impact program that will tone and strengthen your body! It is safe and effective for all fitness levels. Using a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates, the class will focus on strength training combined with range-of-motion movements.
Blood pressure screenings will be available at various times in the main lobby. Thank you to Hefren-Tillotson for their donation of a blood pressure machine located in the YMCA lobby.

Take your fitness to the MaXX with this high intensity workout! Body weight exercises, plyometrics and high intensity intervals to build power, speed, agility, endurance & core strength. Free to members - no registration.
