Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art that focuses on the whole person along with self-defense skills. Instruction is on an individual level and each student trains within his/her ability to meet the curriculum requirements to achieve rank.

Adult Winter Volleyball League is for ages 16+ (with parental consent). Teams will be co-ed and consist of at least six players. Must have a least 2 women or 2 men on each team.

This 60-minute class focuses on core stability and progression in strength training. All muscle groups are worked in each class. A variety of equipment is used and varies each week to continually challenge your body. Format is based on the latest science to effectively build strength and conditioning. Instructor is a certified Personal Trainer.

Using a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates, the class will focus on strength training combined with range-of-motion movements.

Test the Water is offered each September and allows swimmers to experience swimming competitively. After the 3-week trial program, swimmers may decide to join the Swim Team in October.

Introductory class focusing on the fundamentals of yoga. Class will contain yoga poses both seated and standing (using the chair if needed to support), along with modifications of the poses to suit participants' needs.
