An interval-based class designed to help improve your overall fitness and get your heart pumping while reducing stress on your joints.
Experience this total body low-impact strength workout in the warm pool. Water resistance and Aqua resistance equipment will be used to strengthen every muscle in your body!
Test the Water is offered each September and allows swimmers to experience swimming competitively. After the 3-week trial program, swimmers may decide to join the Swim Team in October.

A light cardio workout! Increase strength & flexibility using a variety of water exercise equipment. Gentle on your joints! Come join us in the warm water McLaughlin Pool for non-impact exercise.
Jr. Barracudas is a program for youth ages 5-12 years old who want to learn the skills necessary to successfully enter a swim team. Must have passed Stroke Development & Mechanics class.

This vigorous class in the lap pool inlcudes various water jogging patterns combined with HIIT blasts followed by an awesome ab workout!
Private swim lessons for youth to adult members or non-members who are interested in learning to swim or interested in water safety.

Students work on refining stroke techniques and are introduced to sidestroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Students will learn how to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle.
Students should swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke. Introduces rotary breathing when swimming freestyle, elementary backstroke, sit dive, breaststroke and butterfly kicks. Children will continue to learn personal safety skills.
Beginner level for school-age children. Youth will become acquainted with the pool, the use of flotation devices and floating. By the end of this level, children should know how to float on their front and back.
Introduces new swimmers ages 3-5 to safe pool behavior and independent movement in the water including kicking skills, blowing bubbles, submerging under water, moving arms, front and back float.
Introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment, accompanied by a parent.

Focuses on exploring body positions, blowing bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatic skills, accompanied by a parent.

Builds upon and reinforces basic skills, now performing more skills without assistance or the aid of a flotation device. Introduces treading water and swimming on front and back. Youth will also learn more personal safety skills.
Reinforces Stage 1 skills for children ages 3-5 who are comfortable in the water. Children will learn to tread water and swim on front and back without assistance or a flotation device.
Reinforces previous skills and builds endurance by swimming on the front. Introduces freestyle and backstroke and children will learn more personal safety skills.
Let water be your resistance! Work your body in a comfortable & safe manner while increasing heart rate & challenging your endurance. If you have joint or bone issues, or just enjoy water exercise, this class will give you the workout you need!
