Important: Classes for beginners are listed as Health Seeker Classes (1), classes listed with Fitness Classes (2-3) (currently exercising at least 3 days per week with no physical limitations) are for moderate to advanced exercisers. Read the description to find the class(es) that best suits your ability. Classes listed as Mind & Body Classes are good for anyone who is stressed and wants to learn to R-E-L-A-X! All Healthy Living programs are taught by certified, experienced instructors. Our goal is to help you reach your goal! Select from the Filter Section on the left under Healthy Living, either Health Seeker Classes (1) or Fitness Classes (2-3).
15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of dynamic core work!
This total body, fusion type class takes you through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of dynamic core work!
This 60-minute class focuses on core stability and progression in strength training. All muscle groups are worked in each class. A variety of equipment is used and varies each week to continually challenge your body. Format is based on the latest science to effectively build strength and conditioning. Instructor is a certified Personal Trainer.
This class is designed to help improve your overall fitness and get your heart rate pumping while reducing stress on your joints!

Level-UP your fitness with this intense circuit-based class that combines elements of HIIT along with strength training circuits that will bring your fitness to the NEXT LEVEL!
This class will be time-based (interval) strength training which can include body weight exercises as well as use of a variety of equipment, dumbells, steps, ball, sliders, etc. Similar to AWT, but time-based rather than reps.
This vigorous class in the lap pool inlcudes various water jogging patterns combined with HIIT blasts followed by an awesome ab workout!
