Important: Classes for beginners are listed as Health Seeker Classes (1), classes listed with Fitness Classes (2-3) (currently exercising at least 3 days per week with no physical limitations) are for moderate to advanced exercisers. Read the description to find the class(es) that best suits your ability. Classes listed as Mind & Body Classes are good for anyone who is stressed and wants to learn to R-E-L-A-X! All Healthy Living programs are taught by certified, experienced instructors. Our goal is to help you reach your goal! Select from the Filter Section on the left under Healthy Living, either Health Seeker Classes (1) or Fitness Classes (2-3).
This program is a life-changing exercise and mobility program expressly designed for people with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease.

Using the principles of everyday movement, this fun workout will increase your strength, balance and mobility while giving you a cardio blast that gets you moving!
This program will provide an opportunity for those who are homeschooling or cyberschooling to meet twice a week to participate in physical activities, social teamwork and character building. Youth will learn about fitness, sports and swimming!

This RESULTS driven body weight and strength circuit workout will take your fitness to the next level! Cardio intervals plus dynamic strength training in one heart-pumping workout!
Pickleball combines elements of tennis, table tennis, badminton and racquetball. Please bring your own equipment at this time. FREE for members. Novice players will play for the first hour and then Advanced players play the remaining time. MEMBERS ONLY at this time.
You will learn how to use the state-of-the-art equipment in the Wellness Center, review your fitness goals, as well as go through workouts. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible in the Wellness Center.

This 45-minute class is a step party and muscle building all in one! Simple, yet effective cardio step moves will be mixed with strength training for an efficient workout!
This high intensity class utilizes the proven principles of Tabata interval training. Super effective yet simple, the Tabata method will blast calories and improve cardiorespiratory fitness faster than you ever thought possible! Expect a mix of bodyweight, strength and core.
Pre-requisite: must have taken Tai Chi for Beginners class as movements are learned in progression.
Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
