Important: Classes for beginners are listed as Health Seeker Classes (1), classes listed with Fitness Classes (2-3) (currently exercising at least 3 days per week with no physical limitations) are for moderate to advanced exercisers. Read the description to find the class(es) that best suits your ability. Classes listed as Mind & Body Classes are good for anyone who is stressed and wants to learn to R-E-L-A-X! All Healthy Living programs are taught by certified, experienced instructors. Our goal is to help you reach your goal! Select from the Filter Section on the left under Healthy Living, either Health Seeker Classes (1) or Fitness Classes (2-3).
A fun class in the warm water pool where we will be movin’ & groovin’ to a variety of music. No swimming required. This is a fun way to exercise, burn calories and get or stay fit.
Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class, so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
A mix of low impact cardio mixed with short bursts of strength. Fast and effective. Great for beginners and active older adults.
This is a FUN, high energy class that will mix cardio with balance, agility, coordination and body weight strength. Class format is Instructor choice.
Join this cardiovascular class which will set distance & time goals for variable-paced walking.
A light cardio workout, non-impact. Increase strength & flexibility using a variety of water exercise equipment. Gentle on the joints. Come join us in the warm water McLaughlin Pool for non-impact exercise!

Try it! Research shows thinking and moving is superb for active older adults. Join the FUN!
This class helps provide specific exercises that will help seniors stay active and reduce their chance of falling. Improve overall cardiovascular endurance, strength and balance. Class held in the Program Center.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Class held in the Program Center.
This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout that will blow you away!

Let water be your resistance! Work your body in a comfortable and safe manner while increasing heart rate and challenging your endurance. If you have joint or bone issues or just enjoy water exercise, this class will give you the workout you need!
