We have everything your child needs to learn and grow, but ask that you supply a water bottle and extra change of clothing to have for any accidents that may occur.
Our curriculum for our 3 & 4 year olds will emphasize the development of social skills and expressive and receptive language in play and a structured environment.
Our curriculum for our Pre K 4 & 5 year olds will emphasize Kindergarten readiness through the alphabet, numerals, and paper/pencil tasks.
Each group will learn through a variety of structured learning experiences including: Bible stories and prayer, art and fine motor activities, cooking, music and movement, gross motor activities, swimming, language, science, and math activities.
We offer Parent Conferences twice per year, along with mid-year evaluation, end-year evaluation, and Kindergarten readiness assessments.
Due to COVID-19, we are not planning any field trips this summer.

We will follow the Butler School Calendar and will not have school on in-service or snow days.
Our Teacher has her bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. Other staff and helpers have all of their clearances and experience working with children.
Drop off will be located at the preschool classroom entrance. Parents and children will be given a temperature check and brief health screening at the membership desk prior to drop off at the classroom. Your child will be released only to persons designated on the Emergency Contact Form. Children must be walked into the classroom by an adult. If you have a court order restraining a parent from picking up a child, we must have a copy of that document on file. Be sure that all designated people, including the parent, are prepared to show photo identification.
Please keep your child at home if they are ill. Child must be symptom free without any over the counter for 24 hours, vomiting has stopped (for 24 hours = one full day), and child can eat and keep food down.
Children will wear face coverings only when social distancing is not possible. Parents are asked to wear a face covering when engaging with our staff and other participants/members when physical distancing is not possible.
All staff are required to wear face masks. Parents are asked to wear face masks at drop-off and pick-up. Each staff member, parent and child will be temp checked upon arrival. If a parent deems it safe and appropriate for their child to wear a face covering (mask or face shield) and wish for their child to wear one while in school, parents must provide the face covering and staff will do their best to ensure the child wear it.
Our room will be peanut-free. All allergies will be tracked on registration information and the staff will be aware.
We take the safety and security of children in our care very seriously. Classroom is video monitored at all times.
Effective parent-teacher communication is key to the success of any program. We want to keep you updated and informed with what is going on in the classroom. Most of the preschool communications will be sent via email; however, you are more than welcome to touch base with your child’s teachers during drop-off and pick-up.
Teachers will send out a weekly email highlighting the activities we did throughout the week. Our staff will communicate regularly with any needs/concerns at drop off and pick up time.
